Cocoa ice cream:

We mix the yolks together with the sugar and honey, until they become fluffy like a cream. We also add cocoa. We boil the milk and when it boils we pour it over the yolk cream and mix until it cools down. We put it in the fridge until it cools completely. Add the whipped cream a little and mix. Put in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Stir in it from time to time, to break the ice needles that form.

Burnt sugar ice cream:

The same way of preparation as for cocoa ice cream, with the difference that the sugar caramelizes and dissolves in the boiled milk.


We put everything on the robot and mix until we get the biscuit breadcrumbs. I made a coarser breadcrumbs and it disintegrated a bit :)). I recommend a finer mix.

In a tray with a detachable ring, pour the biscuit breadcrumbs and with the bottom of a glass squeeze well until the well-bound top is formed.

Place a tablespoon of cocoa ice cream in the middle, then one of ice cream with burnt sugar.

Repeat until you finish the whole amount of ice cream.

Put back in the freezer until completely frozen.

Serve with white chocolate sauce.

500 g chocolate chip cookies
100g butter
100 g milk
2 tablespoons rum essence
Chocolate icecream
5 yolks
500 ml of milk
100 g of sugar
1 dark chocolate
1 chocolate
50 g butter
Method of preparation

We grind the biscuits with the help of the food processor or the meat grinder. Mix the biscuit breadcrumbs with butter and milk (if necessary add milk). In a tray with removable walls add 1/2 of the biscuit mixture and press with a spoon.
Ice cream

Rub the yolks with the sugar until they double in volume. We boil the milk and when it boils we put it aside and pour it over the yolks, stirring constantly. Put the pan back on the fire, stirring constantly until it thickens. Set aside and add the chocolate, mix and let it cool, then add chopped strawberries.
Put in the freezer, stirring a few times to break the ice needles. Over the biscuit top we add ice cream (we put strawberries on the edge) and put the rest of the biscuits back in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Decorate with melted chocolate and strawberries!

How to make the zebra pattern with two kinds of composition (simple and with cocoa)?

I chose a shape 22 cm in diameter (with removable ring). I covered the base with baking paper and greased it well with soft butter (both the base and the circular wall). I used two soup poles with identical capacity: one for the white composition, another for the one with cocoa. If you do not have such a thing then work with large spoons. At each step I put 2 composition poles alternating colors. If you use tablespoons then the serving will be 4 tablespoons of each color. I started with 2 polishes (or 4 tablespoons) with cocoa mix fixed in the center of the form. Above I came with 2 polishes with white mix. I tried to keep the shape of the circle and not to stain the layers below. And again I put 2 polishes with cocoa mix followed by another 2 with white mix. We always put the composition in the center and it goes alone to the sides of the form under the increasing weight that pushes it.

I continued like this until I finished both compositions.

How to make the decoration with "spider web" or Eszterhazy type pattern?

Zebra Easter is not ugly even with the pattern of concentric circles (see the last picture above) but it seems that I would decorate it somehow nicer. The idea for the "spider web" model came to me, so I drew lines from and to the center with a skewer (only on the surface, we don't go into depth!). Fain is out! It is the established model of the famous Eszterhazy Cake (the recipe here).

I set the oven to 160 C (heat up + down + ventilation) and the average stage for gas. On the surface of the cake I distributed 25 g of butter in the form of flakes.

Baking zebra pastry without dough or marbled cheesecake in two colors

I baked this zebra pastry or cheesecake for 1 hour at 160 C. It swelled like a soufflé and rose 2 fingers above the lip of the form. I don't even tell you about flavors anymore!

I took the form out of the oven and greased the surface of the cake with melted butter that gathered in the middle. With a soft brush I spread it everywhere.

Here is a cool recipe for ice cream cake with bananas.

3 eggs
150 g sugar
300 ml milk
350 ml fresh
1 tablespoon starch
whipped cream

Method of preparation
Mix the eggs with the sugar well until it melts, add the starch and mix well. Heat the milk, add the cream, mix, put on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens.

1 banana is ground and added to the composition.

Whip the cream well and add it to the composition, mix well and put in the freezer for 1 hour.

Remove and mix to break the ice needles, put them back in the freezer after an hour and do the same.

Take a deeper pan and dress in cling film, add ice cream, cut banana slices and add to ice cream, cover with foil and put in the freezer for 3 hours.

We crush the biscuits and mix them with coffee.

After 3 hours, add the biscuit composition and press a little with a spoon.

Put in the freezer until the 2nd day.

With the help of a plate, turn the cake over so that the biscuits are at the base.

Garnish with whipped cream, as desired, or we can serve simply.
