I admit that I had some emotions related to this preparation and I bring it to you now on the table: Chicken breast with mushrooms at Crock can.
I was a little afraid that it would not penetrate very well, or that it would remain bland and that I would have to throw it away. It's the first time I make chicken breast in a crock pot, in the sense that I only put the meat and some mushrooms and that's it. But the result is absolutely perfect. Chicken breast is very light, the meat is soft and tastes super good, it cuts perfectly and does not crumble. I greased the meat only with some oil and spices and that's it. What was insanely good was the fact that the ingredients kept a perfect taste, the mushrooms are soft and juicy, with that taste that reminds you of wild mushrooms, and the meat is perfect.
I realized that from now on I will cook the meat only in a crock pot or, well, most of the time, because it remained very tender, I didn't stop turning it, turning it, it didn't brown, and my Miruna liked it fantastically. . I cut his pieces, put them on bread and he had a delicious and healthy sandwich. Let me tell you!

SANDWICH WITH CHICKEN BREAST AND PESTO
