I don't have much to tell you about this food except that it's perfect :))) Vegetables, eggs, ham ... all pretty good, right? Not to mention that in a maximum of 20 minutes it's ready.
- a box of frozen vegetables with butter (I like some from Lidl in a green box - I'll try to take a picture and I'll show you too - with carrots, corn, peas, cauliflower ..., butter with greens)
- 2 eggs
- 2 -4 slices of Black Forest ham (I also like the one from Lidl)
- 1 glass of water
- spicy spices
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Vegetables with omelette and ham:
Put the frozen vegetables in a hot wok and let the butter melt and cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the water over the vegetables and leave it on high heat at first, then on low heat until the water decreases.
Add the cooked ham and let it fry a little, then add the beaten eggs and mix.
After another 2-3 minutes on high heat, we have the food ready.
It's delicious and I guarantee you will like it too.
Put potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Boil them until they boil. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until well combined. Drain them.
Saute in a pan half the amount of bell pepper and onion in a teaspoon of oil. Add half the amount of ham and potatoes. Keep on the fire for 2 minutes.

A very good recipe that I propose to you in the idea that you used egg yolks in another recipe and you have nothing to do with egg whites or on the contrary, you do not want to eat so many yolks because of cholesterol. It is made relatively quickly and is very tasty. The number of egg whites used may also vary depending on the size of the bowl or tray in which you prepare it. This recipe is baked, so again without frying. This recipe can also be adapted for attack days and PP, if you remove the mushrooms from the composition.
