Pink Lemonade Moonshine Cocktail

This post was brought to you by Everclear®, the “original” grain alcohol, and Luxco. I received compensation to write this post. The opinions and text are all mine.

When it comes to my Summer style I like to describe it as simple, but with a sophisticated twist. This is most certainly the case when relaxing with friends.

I am widely known for offering delicious foods and unique drinks to my friends, and this weekend was no different. We were having a casual night in with friends and I wanted to offer a cocktail that was a little different and a little unexpected. This weekend I made Pink Lemonade Moonshine Cocktails made with Pink Lemonade Moonshine.

The Pink Lemonade Moonshine is made with a wonderful ingredient to work with, Everclear®. Everclear® is pure, clean and full of possibility. It is neutral grain alcohol which gives it the unique ability to extract even the subtlest of flavors. Its neutral flavor profile gives you a clean slate to infuse and transform however you’d like.

To begin making the Pink Lemonade Moonshine I needed about two cups of fresh squeezed lemon juice which meant lots and lots of lemons.

Once the lemon juice was ready I combined it with the water, sugar, Everclear® and grenadine syrup for the Pink Lemonade Moonshine. I allowed the moonshine to sit in a cool place for a couple of days and then used it as the base for my Pink Lemonade Moonshine Cocktail.

For the cocktail, I combined two ounces of the Pink Lemonade Moonshine with three ounces of sour mix and a splash of lemon-lime soda to create the Pink Lemonade Moonshine Cocktail.
