can (15 oz) pure pumpkin puree
teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Heat the water and sugar in a small saucepan over high heat until boiling. Stir until sugar has melted completely.
Add the sugar water to a blender with the pumpkin puree, vodka, and pumpkin pie spice.
Blend to combine, about 10 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a large bowl, pressing to remove as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp.
Serve immediately, or chill slightly before serving.
- For a twist on Irish coffee, heat this cocktail and add a heavy pour to a cup of plain black coffee for a warm, boozy pick-me-up.
